Project Overview
Johan VDW is a property owner who wanted to ensure that everything was in perfect order before one of his new tenants moved in. He needed a professional solution for both the aesthetics and functionality of his property.

Challenges
This project came with unexpected challenges. Gusts of wind made spray painting tricky and required careful timing and technique. Additionally, a company transportation accident caused logistical delays and financial strain. Despite this, Magda remained patient and understanding, allowing us to successfully move forward with the project.

Our Solution

Die Dak Dokter was tasked with:

• Painting the roof
• Installing new gutters around the house

We painted the house a clean, modern light grey and installed high-quality gutters to ensure proper water drainage and protection.

Results

The project was completed successfully, enhancing the property’s appearance while providing functional improvements. Johan was very satisfied with the results, confident that his property was ready for the new tenant.
