Project Overview
Nollie approached Die Dak Dokter with a roof that was giving him trouble in a few key areas. While most of the roof was still sound, certain sections had developed persistent leaks that needed expert repair before the rainy season set in.

Challenges

• Several visible leaks on the metal roof.
• A tricky leak on the cement section of ±12sqm, which was holding ponding water.
• The roof required fresh paint to improve protection and appearance.

Our Solution

• Targeted Waterproofing: Our skilled team identified and patched up all leak points on the roof.
• Cement Section Repair: The 12sqm cement portion was treated with a Lekker Rubber specialised product, formulated to handle ponding water and provide long-term protection.
• Protective Coating: We completed the project by painting the roof in a light grey finish, restoring its look and giving it extra durability.

• The roof is now completely leak-free and ready to withstand the upcoming rainy season.
