Project Overview:
Juan approached us with two main concerns: a couple of minor leaks and a desire to
refresh the appearance of his home with a more modern, updated look. He chose to switch
from the traditional terracotta colour to our very popular Dark Charcoal finish, which
brings a bold, contemporary feel to the property.

Challenges:
This project was smooth and straightforward. The roof structure was in excellent condition,
with no significant damage or complications to address. Thanks to this, our team could
move efficiently through each stage of the process.
